We’re extremely impressed with how Second Nature Tree Care handled this job from start to finish. I first spoke with Tori about 2 weeks ago to get quotes for pruning our spruce tree or removing it and grinding out the stump. The very next day, Tori inspected the tree and called me with both quotes. We discussed the options and due to the tree’s condition (a double trunk and many dead branches) Tori recommended removal. A few days later, after getting quotes from two other arborists, I called Tori to book the job. He had several jobs scheduled ahead of ours so Tori offered to call me a day or two before doing our job. We expected to wait 2 or 3 weeks but just 1 week later Tori called me and the next morning he arrived with his crew. They did a great job removing the tree, stump and surface roots. To get at the roots they had to move a layer of river rock which they replaced afterwards. They also did a great job cleaning up the wood chips from the stump grinding. From Tori’s dependability and professionalism to the quality of work from the entire crew, we can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Second Nature. We will definitely contact Tori for our future tree care needs.
